Celebrate State 48 is not liable for balloons once they are out of our care. We use only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including sun and heat, children, pets, certain surfaces (like stucco), hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup.

If you need to reschedule your order, you must give us two weeks notice and we will apply your deposit and balloon order to your new date. We apologize but we are unable to change colors within 2 weeks of your event.
Grab & Gos can be rescheduled with 1 weeks notice.
Deposits are non-refundable.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
As soon as you can. Sometimes it can be difficult sourcing all the colors and sizes you need and shipping can take some time.. Orders with less than 2 weeks notice may require an expedite fee. There is always an option to choose colors we already have in stock if your event is last minute.

HOW DO I ORDER?
So many factors to consider about the life of your balloons. We want them to last forever. We hate dead balloons. We use only the highest quality balloons available. They can last for weeks. That said, balloons pop in the heat and sun. Also other factors like sharp objects, children, pets, etc can pop your balloons. If they are inside a temperature controlled space they can last a long time. Over time, the balloons will oxidize and they will take on a matte appearance. We cannot guarantee the life of your balloons, but we will replace any that we pop. See more HERE
HOW LONG WILL MY BALLOONS LAST?
Grab & Gos need to be transported in a closed vehicle. An SUV or van is best. You may need to put the back seats down and not have backseat passengers or car seats. A longer garland will be broken down into smaller strands that can be put together for ease of transport.
HOW DO I TRANSPORT MY GRAB & GO?
Any balloon creation that you pick up and install. They are still custom because you will choose your colors, size and add-ons, but we will assemble it, you pick it up and install it.. Don't worry, we provide easy installation instructions.
WHAT IS A GRAB & GO?
YES! We will deliver and install for you, the minimum order is $300. There is a delivery and installation fee added to these orders.
